FleetERP pushes sales vouchers, purchase vouchers, payment entries and ledger masters into Tally Prime with correct GST classification, and pulls back outstanding balances so credit control works from live receivables rather than a week-old export.

FleetERP has no commercial relationship with hardware vendors and earns nothing on devices. If you later switch away from Tally Prime, your history, reports and workflows stay exactly where they are.

Do we need to replace our Tally Prime setup to use FleetERP?
No. FleetERP is device-agnostic and does not sell hardware. Your existing Tally Prime deployment stays exactly as it is — tally ODBC/XML gateway over the local network, or Tally Prime Server for multi-location setups.
What data does FleetERP receive from Tally Prime?
Sales and purchase vouchers with GST breakup; Ledger and group masters; Payment and receipt entries; Outstanding receivables and payables; Cost centre allocation.
How long does the Tally Prime integration take to set up?
Standard integrations are connected during week three of a normal 30-day rollout, alongside device onboarding. Most take a few hours of configuration rather than a project.
