Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the fleeterp.in website and the FleetERP platform, supplied by APPIT Software Solutions. A signed order form or agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over anything on this page.

01Acceptance

By using this website or the FleetERP platform you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

02The service

FleetERP is a fleet management and logistics ERP supplied either as a perpetual licence for self-hosted deployment or as a managed subscription. The functional scope of your entitlement is defined in your order form.

We integrate with third-party devices, platforms and government systems. We do not manufacture, resell or warrant any hardware, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party systems, including government portals.

03Licence models and fees

The perpetual licence is a one-time fee of ₹50,000 granting a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to operate the software for your own business. Support and updates beyond the initial period are available under a separate maintenance agreement.

The managed subscription is ₹12,000 per month, billed in advance, covering unlimited users, unlimited assets, hosting, updates, support and workflow customisation as described on our pricing page. Enterprise terms are set out in the applicable order form.

All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Third-party pass-through costs — SIM data, WhatsApp conversation fees, GSP charges, map API usage above the included allowance — are billed at cost.

04Scope of included customisation

Workflow customisation included in the subscription covers configuration and adaptation of existing capability: approval steps, field additions, report formats, document templates and similar. Development of substantially new functionality is quoted separately and, where accepted, delivered under the Enterprise plan. We will identify which category a request falls into before any work begins.

05Your responsibilities

To operate the platform lawfully and securely, you agree to the following.

  • Keep credentials confidential and manage your users' access appropriately
  • Ensure you have a lawful basis for the personal data you enter, including driver and employee records
  • Comply with applicable transport, labour, tax and data protection law in your jurisdiction
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted
  • Maintain your own device, connectivity and third-party service contracts

06Data ownership

You own all operational data you enter into or generate within the platform. We claim no ownership over it and will not use it to train models shared across customers.

You may export your data at any time through the API or bulk export. There is no exit fee. On the perpetual licence, you hold the database directly.

07Availability and support

The managed subscription carries a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment, measured excluding scheduled maintenance notified in advance. Support is provided during Indian business hours, with priority escalation on the subscription and Enterprise plans.

Self-hosted deployments are operated by you; availability is your responsibility and our support covers the software rather than your infrastructure.

08Suspension and termination

Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any billing month with written notice. Fees already paid are not refunded on a partial month. We may suspend access for non-payment after written notice, or immediately for unlawful use.

On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our systems.

09Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that the platform will perform materially as described in our documentation. Beyond that, the service is provided without further warranty of any kind.

Estimates produced by the platform — including ROI figures, cost projections, ETAs and predictive maintenance forecasts — are decision-support outputs, not guarantees. Operational and commercial decisions remain yours.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
