FleetERP is operated by APPIT Software Solutions, registered in India with its principal office at PSR Prime Towers, 704 C, 7th Floor, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.

When you submit a demo request, contact enquiry or ROI enquiry, we collect the information you provide in that form.

• Name, work email address and phone number
• Company name, your role and industry
• Fleet size, evaluation timeline and anything you write in the message field
• Technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent and the page that referred you

We use enquiry data solely to respond to you, schedule a demonstration, prepare a proposal and maintain a record of our commercial correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Technical metadata is retained for security purposes — specifically to detect and rate-limit automated abuse of our forms.

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time and we will delete your record.

Where you are a FleetERP customer, the operational data inside your instance — vehicles, drivers, trips, invoices and telemetry — is your data. We act as a data processor for it and process it only to provide the service, under the terms of your agreement.

Customer operational data is never used to train AI models shared across customers. AI features are grounded on your own data within your own tenant boundary at query time.

Customers on the perpetual licence who self-host retain the data entirely within their own infrastructure; we have no access to it.

Website enquiry data and managed-platform data are stored in Indian data centres by default. Alternative regions are available to Enterprise customers by agreement.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Backups are encrypted and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer platform data is retained for the life of the agreement and deleted or exported at its end according to your instruction.

We use a small number of processors to run the service. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

• Transactional email delivery for enquiry notifications and system emails
• WhatsApp Business Platform, where you choose to contact us or receive alerts by WhatsApp
• Cloud hosting infrastructure for the managed platform
• Map and geocoding providers for routing features, which receive coordinates but not personal identifiers

This website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We set only what is strictly necessary for the site to function. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent rights where other regimes apply, you may request the following.

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure of your data where we have no continuing lawful basis to keep it
• Withdrawal of consent for future communications
• To raise a grievance with our designated contact

Write to hello@fleeterp.in with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting existing customers are notified directly.
