Implementation

ERP rollouts have a bad reputation. Ours is designed around that.

Most fleet software projects fail on data migration, device onboarding or team adoption — rarely on the software itself. So the rollout is structured to de-risk exactly those three things, with a parallel run before you commit.

Implementation

Live in 30 days, not 30 weeks

ERP rollouts have a reputation for a reason. Ours is scoped tightly, run by the same team that built the product, and includes a parallel run so you never have to take the cutover on faith.

Week 1

Discovery & data

We map your current operation — depots, asset classes, device estate, rate contracts, approval chains — and take an export of your existing master data.

Week 2

Configuration & migration

Your instance is configured to the operating model: roles, approval thresholds, rate cards, maintenance schedules and document types. Historical data is migrated and reconciled.

Week 3

Device onboarding & integration

Existing trackers are re-pointed to the FleetERP ingest gateway — no hardware replacement. Accounting, GST and fuel-card integrations are connected and tested.

Training & parallel run

Role-based training for dispatchers, workshop, finance and drivers, then a parallel run against your existing process so nothing is taken on trust.

What we hold ourselves to

Six things that are true of every FleetERP rollout, written down so you can hold us to them.

No device replacement

Your existing trackers are re-pointed to our ingest gateway. Hardware swaps are never a precondition of going live.

Parallel run before cutover

You run FleetERP alongside your current process for a full cycle and compare the numbers. Cutover happens when they agree, not when the calendar says so.

Your data comes with you

Assets, drivers, customers, rate cards, service history and open trips are migrated and reconciled. You do not start from an empty system.

The build team implements

The engineers who wrote the modules run your rollout. There is no handoff to a partner who has never seen the code.

Training by role, not by manual

Dispatchers, workshop, finance, supervisors and drivers each get a session pitched at what they actually do. Drivers get theirs in their own language.

Fixed implementation cost

The rollout is quoted as a fixed number before work starts. Scope changes are agreed in writing, not discovered on the invoice.

Implementation FAQ

What operators want to know

For a standard single-entity deployment, yes — because FleetERP ships with industry configurations rather than as a blank platform, and because we scope tightly. Multi-entity groups with deep SAP or Oracle integration, custom modules or complex approval hierarchies typically run 8 to 12 weeks. We tell you which category you are in during the first conversation.
