SAP + FleetERP

Bi-directional master data and financial posting with S/4HANA and ECC.

How it works

In enterprise accounts SAP is the system of record and it is not moving. FleetERP synchronises customer, vendor, material and cost-centre master data inbound, and posts freight invoices, vendor bills and cost allocations outbound — so finance never re-keys a transport transaction.

Connection method

SAP OData services or BAPI/RFC via SAP Integration Suite; middleware-agnostic.

FleetERP has no commercial relationship with hardware vendors and earns nothing on devices. If you later switch away from SAP, your history, reports and workflows stay exactly where they are.

What flows across

Customer, vendor and material master
Cost centre and GL account structure
Freight invoice posting
Vendor bill and settlement posting
Purchase order and goods movement references
