Wialon + FleetERP
Keep Wialon as your tracking layer and run the ERP on top of it.
How it works
Many Indian fleets already pay for Wialon through a local channel partner. Rather than forcing a rip-and-replace, FleetERP consumes the Wialon Remote API — units, messages, sensors, geofences and events — and layers dispatch, maintenance, freight billing and compliance above it. Your tracking vendor relationship stays intact; the ERP gap gets filled.
Wialon Remote API over token authentication, with an optional real-time event socket.
FleetERP has no commercial relationship with hardware vendors and earns nothing on devices. If you later switch away from Wialon, your history, reports and workflows stay exactly where they are.
What flows across
What Wialon data lights up in FleetERP
Integration data is not stored in a separate silo — it feeds directly into the operational modules that use it.
Wialon integration FAQ
Do we need to replace our Wialon setup to use FleetERP?
No. FleetERP is device-agnostic and does not sell hardware. Your existing Wialon deployment stays exactly as it is — wialon Remote API over token authentication, with an optional real-time event socket.
What data does FleetERP receive from Wialon?
Unit list, groups and custom fields; Position and sensor message history; Geofence definitions and entry/exit notifications; Driver assignments and trip detection.
How long does the Wialon integration take to set up?
Standard integrations are connected during week three of a normal 30-day rollout, alongside device onboarding. Most take a few hours of configuration rather than a project.
Telematics platforms & maps
Already running a tracking platform? Keep it. FleetERP layers the ERP on top instead of replacing it.
Already running Wialon? You're most of the way there.
Book a demo and we will show you your own device data flowing into the platform during the call.
