IndianOil XtraPower + FleetERP
Fleet card transactions matched to vehicle, trip and odometer.
How it works
FleetERP reconciles every XtraPower transaction against the vehicle's location at that timestamp and its fuel sensor reading, so a card swiped 300 km from where the truck actually was gets flagged the same day rather than at the quarterly audit.
IndianOil XtraPower fleet card API or scheduled statement import.
FleetERP has no commercial relationship with hardware vendors and earns nothing on devices. If you later switch away from IndianOil XtraPower, your history, reports and workflows stay exactly where they are.

No. FleetERP is device-agnostic and does not sell hardware. Your existing IndianOil XtraPower deployment stays exactly as it is — indianOil XtraPower fleet card API or scheduled statement import.
What data does FleetERP receive from IndianOil XtraPower?
Transaction date, outlet, litres and amount; Card and vehicle mapping; Balance and credit limit; Odometer entered at pump versus telemetry odometer.
How long does the IndianOil XtraPower integration take to set up?
Standard integrations are connected during week three of a normal 30-day rollout, alongside device onboarding. Most take a few hours of configuration rather than a project.
